Thank you for your question. Practitioners can treat acne scars by injecting the skin underneath them with PRP/PRF or dermal filler. However, you would likely see more of a benefit from having additional subcision performed prior to PRF or dermal filler. I would recommend that you seek out a licensed and qualified practitioner (preferably a doctor, physician assistant, nurse practitioner, or registered nurse) to perform more invasive injectable procedures in the future. However, microneedling with RF could be a great minimally invasive alternative to help reduce the size of the festoons. PRF injections would likely not have much of an effect on them. Thank you for your question. Hyaluronidase is more effective on HA filler than it is on natural HA chains found in the skin. Usually any breaking down of natural HA will be replenished by the body. It can take more than one session of dissolving in order for filler to fully dissolve. But the likelihood of the hyaluronidase making the situation worse or not affecting the filler at all while causing issues with your natural HA is slim to none. I would recommend consulting with an experienced provider to address all of your concerns prior to booking a procedure. Best of luck
Hi there, thank you for your question.I would recommend that you discuss your concerns with the last provider that injected your tear troughs. Having a visible residual blue hue is a complication called Tyndall effect, it can happen if the filler was injected too superficially. The quickest way to rid yourself of this effect is by dissolving the filler. Again, I would recommend that you see if the practitioner/practice that performed the last injection would be willing to dissolve/refill for you at little to no cost before seeking treatment elsewhere, if you feel concerned with the financial aspect.
