This 30 year old from Australia was interested in breast revision surgery to improve her previous breast augmentation results. Implant exchange and internal sutures to repair the patient’s “bottoming out” is needed to achieve the patient’s goal. 800cc silicone gel implants internal sutures were used to create an internal bra to repair the patient’s breast pocket that was causing the implant mal position and to achieve the patient’s goal. Patient is now 3 months post-op surgery.
