This female patient had undergone previous saline implant augmentation several years prior with disastrous results. She had implants asymmetry and "bottoming out" of her implants so that her nipple and areolae could not be hidden within her brassiere. As a result, her implants were exchanged to Memory Gel Mentor silicone implants under the pectoralis major muscle, while suturing the bottom of her pocket closed in order to raise the bottom breast crease.
