Patient underwent a breast implant exchange + Lift!

This 30 year old mother of 2 has been pregnant 4 times. She is 5'6 tall and weighs 125 pounds. She had a breast lift 6 years previously and a breast augmentation 4 years prior. Her implants at that time were: round, textured, 385cc high profile, regular cohesive silicone implants. She had a very nice result but presented requesting to be bigger, (as big as she can be), new implants perkier, (placed up and in), and also try to have less visible rippling. These requests are all very challenging because she is thin, does not have much soft tissue to hide the implants, and is small framed. We decided to use ultra high profile, smooth, highly cohesive silicone gel implants 700cc placed below the muscle. Her post operative photos are from two years after, showing how the result has been maintained.

This is a 28 year old female who underwent an Explant/Reimplantation with 375cc Silicone implants.

Patient underwent a Breast implant exchange from Saline to Silicone implants!

This 41 year old underwent prior breast augmentation elsewhere. She complained that her breasts were misshapen and droopy, with enlarged areolas and an excessive distance between the breasts. Her implants were exchanged. Capsulectomies were performed to remove scar tissue and improve breast shape, also narrowing the intermammary distance (space between the breasts). A concentric mastopexy (breast lift) was added to eliminate the drooping and narrow the areolas. The small wrinkles around the areolas smooth out with time.

This woman underwent revision breast augmentation surgery. She only wanted the implants moved and positioned higher on the chest. She did not want to undergo a lift because she was afraid of the scars on the front of the breast. Her implants were replaced through incisions under her areola.

35 year old female underwent revision breast augmentation. She had removal of 450cc gel implants and replacement with 650cc high profile gel implants. She had bilateral capsule tightening as well because the implants would fall into her armpit when lying supine.

36 year old female with previous 320cc saline implants filled to 350cc's. She requested an implant exchange with gel implants to make her one cup size larger. She had Allergan Inspira 445 SRX smooth round gel implants placed through a breast fold incision and under the muscle. She went from a 36B to a 36C cup. She is 5 feet 3 inches tall and weighs 130lbs. She has one child.

35-44 year old woman treated with Breast Augmentation

42 year old female who had a breast augmentation with smooth round gel Allergan Inspira SRX implants R=400cc and L=420cc. She replaced them with smooth round gel Allergan Inspira SRF implants R=325cc and L=295cc. She was a 34D cup and went down to a 34C cup. She is 5 feet 8 inches tall and weights 150 lbs. She has two children. Her incision is in the breast fold and the implant is under the muscle.

REVISION BREAST SURGERY. This patient had capsular contracture on the right and a deflation of a saline implant on the left. This is why its important to invest in a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon who can do your surgery right the first time and do steps to prevent incidents like this happening.

Implant Rupture: Believe it or not, implant rupture is not very common. This lady had her implants for 30 years and just recently noticed a rupture on her left side. Listen to Dr. Tattinis operative solution for her and watch until the end to see the on/table result.

This woman in her early thirties with preexisting submuscular saline implants, done elsewhere, desired a smaller and perkier appearance.  She met with Dr. Howell and decided to have a breast lift with an exchange to smaller saline implants. She has been very happy with her results and is shown before at a D cup and three months later at a B/C cup.
