This patient had breast implants put in 2 years before her visit with me. She noted both breasts drooped. On the right, tissue slid below the level of the subpectoral implant. On the left, the implant sat at the end of her submammary pocket. She had both implants replaced and the left converted to a subpectoral position. A "scarless" radiofrequency-assisted lift was performed. A needle poke is used to insert the bipolar RF device. Results last quite a long time, as the soft tissue under the skin is reshaped and new collagen creates a framework for the breast skin.
