This patient is just one-week post operative after undergoing revision augmentation mastopexy. She was originally operatedin 2009. Her first lift was doomed to fail due to the technique that was used. The doctors signature augpexy should show good longevity and stability over time. This patient wanted to be slightly smaller. She originally had 300 cc moderate plus Mentor implants. The doctor exchanged her to 400 cc high profile Mentor implant to achieve greater upper pole fullness and removed approximately 175 grams of breast tissue from each side as part of the lift.

She met with Dr. Howell and decided to have a breast lift with an exchange to smaller saline implants. She has been very happy with her results and is shown before at a D cup and three months later at a B/C cup.

This lovely patient chose to downsize her large implants and also undergo a breast lift to improve contour and shape. She is shown one month post-op.

Patient had her initial Augmentation 18 years ago with a different physician.  She wanted Dr. Eric Schaffer to remove  her old saline implants  and replace them with larger ones to achieve more fullness and to better match her body shape.  The original implants were filled to 350 cc's and were replaced with Mentor smooth round moderate plus  implants filled to 540 cc's using her original incision site.

This patient had non-round saline breast implants placed by another surgeon. The breast implants had rotated. The patient's breast implants were changed to round Silicone breast implants and an internal pocket modification was performed to correct the breast implant pocket shape. Breast augmentation. This 30 year old mother of 2 has been pregnant 4 times. She is 5'6 tall and weighs 125 pounds. She had a breast lift 6 years previously and a breast augmentation 4 years prior. Her implants at that time were: round, textured, 385cc high profile, regular cohesive silicone implants. She had a very nice result but presented requesting to be bigger, (as big as she can be), new implants perkier, (placed up and in), and also try to have less visible rippling. These requests are all very challenging because she is thin, does not have much soft tissue to hide the implants, and is small framed. We decided to use ultra high profile, smooth, highly cohesive silicone gel implants 700cc placed below the muscle. Her post operative photos are from two years after, showing how the result has been maintained.

18-24 year old woman treated with Breast Implant Revision

This lovely 54 year old woman was unhappy with her shape many years after breast augmentation. She noted her breasts had fallen but her implants had actually gone up, leaving an unharmonious mismatch in shape. She underwent implant exchange using updated implants in more appropriate position as well as a breast lift to center the nipple more gracefully on the implant. She looks both more fit and more natural after her surgery, and benefits from safer and more comfortable implants.
