This is a 29 year old female who presented to my medical practice with interest in breast augmentation. This patient was overall happy with her shape, but she wanted to have fuller breasts.I recommended a breast augmentation with silicone implants placed through the areolas and under the muscle for the best and most natural result. This 37 year old woman is 5'3 tall and weighs 150 pounds. She enjoys frequent weightlifting; which was a significant factor in her deciding to have her implants placed above the muscle, (sub-glandular/sub-fascial). This 33 year old complained of empty, sagging breasts after breastfeeding. A concentric mastopexy (breast lift) was combined with silicone breast augmentation. This type of breast lift involves only a scar around the areola, with no scars on the breasts themselves.
