This would allow your nipple and areola complex to be lifted and to reshape your breast into a lifted yet natural shape. Judging on the pictures you submitted, a breast lift with "auto augmentation" should allow you to have a nice result. Your breast shape will be rounder, more symmetric (with a minor reduction on the larger side), as well as a higher position of the nipple areolar complex. The top portion of your breast however won't be much fuller once the tissue settles after 3 months. If you absolutely want much more fullness in the upper pole, a small implant will give you that. Recovery is typically 1 week, sometimes less. You can expect soreness for the first few days that really gets much better by 1 week, none of which should impede on your daily activities. Depending on the demands at work, you can return to work between 3-5 days later. Light exercise can be resumed by 2 weeks and regular exercise by 4 weeks. Scars really are not an issue- they are very well hidden and look great even at 1 week after surgery. Rhinoplasty recovery is typically 2 weeks for bruising to disappear. Bruising is typically under the eyes and by the cheeks since blood collects here internally after the nasal bones get intentionally fractured and manipulated. More than 2 weeks off of work isn't needed. 1 week is okay too depending how comfortable you feel with putting on some makeup to cover up what's left of the bruising or even wearing glasses to not attract much attention.   Results for the nasal profile are typically immediately obvious after the nasal cast is removed. Nasal swelling after a rhinoplasty takes some time to resolve especially in the tip, and longer in patients with thicker skin.  The majority of swelling is gone after 3 months, with continued improvement even up to 12 months. That's not to say that you won't like your tip at 3 weeks; results continue to improve as swelling goes down and the skin shrink wraps around the nasal tip cartilage construct that your plastic surgeon leaves you with.  Best of luck, -Dr. John Layliev. 

Judging on your pictures, it appears that a 400g reduction would leave you with breast size that remains proportional to your body habitus but an in person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon is needed to confirm this. Judging from your pictures alone, It is difficult to say for certain that you have enough loose skin for a abdominoplasty. It appear so, but an in-person consultation with a plastic surgeon is needed to determine whether there is enough loose skin. If so, results are typically excellent, and the laxity will be much improved after the tummy tuck. 

It is not unusual to still have muscle soreness during the first several weeks after submuscular breast augmentation. Your anatomy is still getting accustomed to the new implant and stretching to accommodate it comfortably. See your surgeon for an examination to assure everything is healing normally. 

Judging from the pictures, it seems that you could have a reasonably nice result with liposuction alone (which comes with a mild degree of skin contraction) since it does not appear that you have excessively loose skin. An in-person consultation with a plastic surgeon is necessary to feel the soft tissue excess and skin laxity to determine if you are a good candidate for this. 

Based on your symptoms, it seems that you are a good candidate for a breast reduction. Photos would be critical to evaluate this however. See a board certified plastic surgeon for an examination and consultation. There is a good chance that your medical insurance will cover your breast reduction if your surgeon deems it to be medically necessary. Good luck!

If you are having pronounced back/shoulder/neck pain, breast reduction can be done prior to your last child. Doing so, however, keep in mind that the architecture and droopiness can again change after your last pregnancy/breast feeding. Also, about 20% of patients getting a breast reduction (that does not require a free nipple graft) will have decreased or lack of ability to breast feed. If it strictly for cosmetic reasons and you are planning to breast feed, it may make sense to wait until after you last child so that any changes in skin and breast tissue are final prior to surgery.
