He performed my lower neck, face and browlift to perfection. My jawline is now lifted and the skin on my neck is fresh pretty and reborn.

After meeting with 4 other excellent doctors in order to feel fully informed, I felt most confident that Dr. Layliev would give me the most natural and very best outcome.

I also did not like the way that my left eyelid looked and wanted to fix it. While other Doctors said to leave it alone, he said, “I can do that for you.” I like that he truly listens to my concerns and suggests the best path to take.

The nurses Emily and Maryanne who took care of me during my overnight stay were so kind making sure that I was comfortable and had enough meds and then in the morning gave me the most heavenly cappuccino. His assistants Devin, Elena and Sydney were helpful and awesome answering any questions that I had throughout the process.

I feel so blessed to have chosen Dr. Layliev for my procedures. He has rejuvenated my spirit by beautifully correcting areas that were making me feel old. He is an incredible, wonderfully gifted surgeon and I found him to also be a very considerate, generous and nice person who I am so grateful to. Bravo!

Highly recommend taking a Valium or xanex before because the experience itself was terrifying for me just knowing my eyeball was being pryed open with a mini rake I do think I may have some kind of medical anxiety though. No pain at all even after! Will post after pic when swelling goes down and I put makeup on

Dr Layliev provided expert advice, highly skilled advanced medical procedures, extremely detailed artistry, and I believe a little magic. The preparation weeks before, the stress-free day of procedure, and the incredible aftercare was something that was not available in any of the many doctors I had researched. I am beyond shocked at the incredible results.

This is the results 4 weeks later. It's like I never had surgery except I look younger. I wish I could show you my eyes. It's remarkable. I've seen more disasters that friends have gone through, so making the right choice with the right doctor and the right location is very important for great results

Piece by piece, I will get this review on here. Dr Layliev Is quite an artist. I still can't get over how easy this process was, how accommodating everyone was, how expertly handled every step was. Not only was the medical technique and application exactly what I needed, the facility keeps you in-house to care for you till the next day.

From the moment I called for a consultation, my surgery, to the many post-op appointments I have been too, North Shore Cosmetic has exceeded my expectations. I had breast reduction surgery with Dr. Layliev this July and I cannot express enough how pleased I am with the results so far. He is truly amazing and gave me back the confidence in my appearance. I cannot recommend him enough and look forward to having more procedures done with him.

I was so self conscious of my nose after a car accident I had years ago. Dr.layliev listened to my concerns and what I wanted. I am extremely happy with the results. My nose looks even better than I could have imagined! And the staff was wonderful as well!

My experience with Dr. Layliev was amazing from the first consultation. I had a mommy makeover which include tummy tuck, liposuction, breast lift, reduction, and augmentation. I am so happy with my results and so glad i chose Dr. Layliev. The staff and nurses are top notch and the level of care was top notch. Dr. Layliev was an excellent choice to go with for my specific procedure (lower blepharoplasty with fat graft). I felt that he was competent in performing the procedure along with addressing any concerns I had before, during, and after. I was understandably nervous before choosing a provider and had researched different surgeons in my area, ultimately choosing Dr. Layliev based on his past results with other patients and pedigree of education/training. The staff at Northshore cosmetic surgery center were accommodating in every way, easy to reach, and courteous. I am happy with the results and recommend him to anyone interested in a lower blepharoplasty.

Dr. Layliev's bedside manner is phenomenal. The staff is amazing and efficient. The day of my surgery he made my mom and I feel so comfortable and reassured that I was in the greatest of hands. I have never called the office and left without resolution. I have already recommended 3 people to him and this practice just as I was referred.

Coming from someone who was so terrified to get any type of surgery, this was by far the best decision I have made. After multiple consultations about a breast implant removal. I chose Dr. Layliev. He understood my concerns with my current implants and did not pressure me for a new set. He was positive that I would not need a lift or the additional scarring. He truly had my best interest in mind. On top of everything the office staff and surgical staff were incredible as well. He truly created perfection whether or not you get implants or remove them he cares about the end product and making you happy. His works speaks for himself. Beyond blessed for Dr. Layliev!!!
