This 29 yo young ladycame to see me in my plastic surgery office for tummy tuck and breast augmentation. She had seen me one year prior and lost 40 pounds since her initial visit. She was 58   and was down to 163 lbs from 205 lbs. She was unhappy with the appearance of her abdomen, mainly the loose skin and stretch marks. She initially underwent abdominoplasty with liposuction of flanks. She came back a year later for breast augmentation.

42 y.o. female who received a mastopexy with a change in her implants, a drainless tummy tuck and liposuction of her upper back and flanks. She has 300 cc moderate plus profile in her right breast and 275 cc moderate plus profile silicone gel implants in her left breast.

This woman in her late thirties working towards her goal weight came to discuss her body contouring options with Dr. Howell.  She decided on a tummy tuck with liposuction of the flanks and breast symmetry surgery but needed to be closer to her goal weight before surgery.
