This 50 year old female patient's breasts became deflated and saggy after massive weight loss. The patient desired fuller, bigger, and perkier breasts after weight loss. So, Dr. Katzen performed a breast augmentation with silicone implants to give the breasts more volume. Dr. Katzen also performed an anchor T mastopexy to lift the breasts.

This patient underwent a mommy makeover procedure, which included a breast augmentation, tummy tuck and liposuction. Her goal was to return her body to a more youthful condition. After having children, many women no longer feel like they look the way they did in their prime. This procedure helps to create fullness in the breasts, tighten the abdomen and improve core strength.

The explantation is a surgery, mainly reconstructive, with aesthetic goals (in our patients). It allows immediate aesthetic reconstruction with the patient's own tissue. It is almost always painless, the scar is L-shaped. The cleavage area is scar-free and the aesthetic result is adequate, stable and consistent. The anatomical shape and the projection of the neckline is independent to the volume even if the tissue is too much or too little due to the BRALAN Technique.
