This 27 year old 5'3" 115 lb woman had pendulous breasts (grade 3 ptosis) after 1 child, and underwent outpatient full breast lift (Wise-pattern mastopexy) by Dr. Tholen. After picture at 7 weeks; no drains, all dissolving sutures. Some plastic surgeons claim that full Wise-pattern (anchor) breast lifts are prone to boxy shape, bottoming out, and bad scars, most of which can be eliminated or minimized by careful design of the lift pattern and precise surgical closure.
