    This 27-year-old woman wanted to improve her arms' sagging skin as well as their size. When she met with plastic surgeon in Los Angeles Dr. David Stoker, he carefully evaluated her arms. He then recommended bilateral arm lifts and power-assisted liposuction. These procedures would remove the excess fat and tighten the skin.
