    Implant Rippling. This patient had Saline breast implants placed in the subglandular position by another surgeon. The patient was unhappy with the Rippling in the upper aspect of her breasts and her wide central space.  We exchanged her Saline Breast implants for Silicone Breasts implants and placed them in the Submuscular position.
