I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. V! He is incredibly kind, patient, and meticulous, and I felt completely comfortable and cared for throughout the entire process. One of the things I appreciate most is that I can reach out to him directly whenever I have a question or concern. He is always...
I am so excited to have this surgery done. I have been dreaming about having these procedures since my second child, but after my third, the desire to do this became stronger and I finally decided to make the leap. I picked a doctor whose work (that I have seen) and personality and staff are incredible, (Dr.P...

Can't wait to have my surgery. I'm very nervous for recovery. I've had two c-sections, so I'm familiar with recovering but not to this extent. I know it will be a lot harder. I would also recommend compression socks and frequent movement while on the plane.

It should be mentioned that although the mini abdominoplasty has the word "mini" in it, it typically comes with a lower abdominal incision that is very similar to a full abdominoplasty. The benefit of the full abdominoplasty in your case would be that the upper abdominal skin can be tightened as well as your abdominal muscles. It is difficult to tell if you have rectus diastasis based on your...
