There isn't a bad thing I can say about Dr. Iyengar or my experience. I found Dr. Iyengar after I had been to a friend's consultation up in Bellevue. I heard her quote and options, and knew I wanted to be closer to home for my procedure. I got in for my consultation the same week as I had inquired about my procedure. Dr. Iyengar won me over with the fact that we both grew up in Puyallup, we share a love for Olive Garden breadsticks, he is friendly, knowledgeable, has an incredible bedside manner, taking time to answer questions and get to know your needs, professional, and funny. From consultation to 3 weeks post op, and everything in between has been an experience that I would recommend to family and friends, and have recommend to anyone that asks. If you're going back and forth, do yourself a favor and stop looking. Dr. Iyengar is your guy!! My BFF and I are proof that this guy is THE. BEST.

I had been looking for a plastic surgeon to do an upper eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty) and some fat transfer to my under eye area. I had MOHs surgery by a different doctor 10 years ago and the scar tissue left somewhat of an indentation that made the eye look more aged than the other. Any kind of surgery to the face can be a little scary so I really wanted to do my research on the plastic surgeons in my area. Dr.Rajiv Iyengar’s credentials stood out. How lucky to have a Yale trained plastic surgeon in our neck of the woods! After my consultation, I knew I was in the right place. Dr Iyengar was very knowledgeable and personable and gave me all the time I needed to ask my questions and address any concerns. I didn’t feel rushed at all, which, in this day and age is rare. The staff is attentive and helpful. I had my surgery a couple of months ago and the whole process seemed easy, from start to finish. The upper eyelid surgery has healed and I am very pleased with the results. In addition, the nano fat transfer did the trick to plump up that depressed scar under my eye. I also had some fat transferred to then nasolabial folds and to my upper lip, which was great because I didn’t want to do filler. I highly recommend Dr.Iyengar and his staff!
