I had a great experience with my rhinoplasty. Dr. Miller is very matter-of-fact and straightforward, which I personally appreciated. Even when my cast still on, I already loved my nose and even after 1 month with some swelling, I can tell the outcome is exactly what I was hoping for. I am currently 6 weeks post-surgery, and everything is going beautifully. My results look natural and refreshed—exactly what I hoped for. During our first consultation, Dr Haramis took his time to explain liposuction on my menopause ab fat and what we will need to do. He has such good bedside manners that I didn't need to think much and 3 weeks later had lipo done on my abs. 7 weeks later which is now, I feel so much better fitting i to my old jeans. He did such a great job sculpting the entire ab area and lower ab, my husband said it was like when we first met when I was in my 20s!! So highly recommend Dr Haramis for liposuction. Great office staff, reasonable price, good bedside manners and very caring. Oh forgot to mention, Dr Haramis also called me the day after the surgery to see how I am doing which added comfort knowing he is concerned with my recovery. Updated on 10 Dec 2025: Don't have before picture, but here is the after picture, after 7 weeks. See the 2 red hole on the bottom, it is very small and fading away slowly. Dr Haramis left enough fat just so it looks natural.

I was initially scared about my rhinoplasty, but Dr. Miller made everything very easy. When we first met with him, he made the surgery sound very simple and that’s exactly how it went. The first few days were sort of difficult, but the swelling went down each day. I’m almost 4 weeks post-op and I’m very happy with how my nose looks!

I would also like to thank Eileen in his office, who was consistently kind, patient, and detailed in answering all of my questions. She made sure I fully understood both pre-operative and post-operative instructions, and her guidance truly put me at ease. I am still healing, but already so happy with my results and excited to see continued improvement. I will be returning to Dr. Miller for additional fat transfer sessions, which were included in the cost of surgery. I also plan to see him for Botox and other facial treatments as needed. Dr. Miller is truly an expert in his field, and I highly recommend him to anyone considering facial surgery or aesthetic treatments.
