I'm 55, in good shape, good weight and workout. My belly, flanks and inner thighs have always been an issue. After having 4 consults, with different Dr.'s I choose my surgeon on his reviews and his years as a surgeon. I had surgery on my lower stomach/belly, flanks and inner thighs. Recovery was rough. I had no drainage. I was swollen and bruised for about 4 weeks.I returned to my normal workouts, my belly looked ok, but not the inner thighs or flanks. I had 3 more follow up visits, mentioned my concerns and was told no plastic surgery is 100%. I did everything I was told to do. I feel like after the surgery the Dr.'s office could give a crap about me. I also had 5 massages following the surgery, which was ok feeling. It's almost 7 months after surgery, I have a lump above my belly button, my inner thighs are bigger, jiggling and bruise easily and my flanks look worse.
In the fall, I will have to find a different surgeon to fix this mess.
When I can find all the photos, I will post them.
