Q Is my nose obstructive (in size)? Do I need a nose job? (Photos)
A Based on your photo, you would be a candidate for rhinoplasty to make your nose smaller. While it does not look overly big in the photo, the main deciding factor in doing the procedure is do you not like the appearance. If you don't, then find an expert rhinoplasty surgeon to consult with.

A Based on your photo, you are a good candidate for lower lid fat removal coupled with laser resurfacing of the skin and fat injection into the tear trough. This can result in a nice smoothing of the lower lid area which looks very natural. Be sure to see a facial specialist for consultation.

Q Nose tip asymmetry - how can this be corrected? (Photos)
A Have you had rhinoplasty previously? To start, using an injection to make the nose appear more uniform. Or surgery can be performed to correct the asymmetries. Either way, be sure to see a rhinoplasty expert for consultation.

Q Ethnic Rhinoplasty - Possible Pinched Nose or Something Else? (Photos)
A The indentations can occur as the nasal skin tightens. At 1 1/2 years out it should be pretty close to a final result. Before considering revision surgery, filler can blunt those creases so it looks more like an earlier post op photo. If the filler works well, then silicone can be used to give a permanent effect. Be sure to see a rhinoplasty expert for injection.

Breast Augmentation
Q I would like more fullness and projection. I'm concerned about scarring, will I need a lift as well? (Photos)
A Breast implants will give more upper fullness and projection. Dual plane - half under muscle- or sometimes fully over muscle usually gives great results without a lift in similar patients. Size and further details would be determined during consultation with a plastic surgeon.
