I am 6 weeks in and I love the results on the left side but my right side is a little fuller than my left. I also have a little lump on the top of the cheek bone that I am very unhappy about. what is the best advise for this situation. I don't want more filler injected to even out. Because even tho the results are great I am not as happy with the right cheek being a bit fuller.
Just over a year ago I got 1 syringe of Voluma in the prejowl area to correct my early jowls (I'm 26). It seems like after a while on one side the filler slid sideways into the jowl itself, making it look worse. Now my fillers are almost dissolved, except for this lump, which hurts a little when I press on it. Is this normal? Do I just have to keep waiting for them to completely dissolve? What should I do if it's scar tissue or something else more permanent?
Hello. It's been 4 and a half weeks since my Voluma injections and I still have a hard red lump on each side of my jaw. I went to my injector yesterday and he said it's normal to apply heat and didn't do anything to help me. I'm very upset as this looks awful.
The lumps/bumps aren't visible to the eye but I can feel them with my fingers when applying makeup. They feel almost like hard crystals or gristle. I imagine this must the product breaking down- but I'm concerned when they will go.
I had lip fillers done yesterday (not my first time) and noticed I have some lumps and bumps and bruising outside of the normal swelling I usually have. Im not as concerned about the bruising as I am the lumps. I have two hard ones in my lower lip and many small ones along the upper lip border. Is this a normal reaction? Ive never experienced this side effect before.
i have feeling it was my docs first time using voluma as here everyone uses ultra 4... Anyways first time she inserted a thinner needle(canule) and was pushing like a mad woman..my left cheek seems to hurt more it is also lumpy and seems strange ..my right cheek is perfect ,,does not hurt and did not during the proceedure unlike my left one..should i have patience and wait a few days? should i massage it?
