Dissolving off made lump worse? (Photo)

Hi there, I’ve been overfilled with juice derm voluma by a GP who refused to admit his mistakes. He is a nice person and I’m trying to trust him. He has injected 0.5mls into each nasolabial fold with jive derm volume initially and it looked lumpy. Yesterday I went back to discuss feeling overfilled and happy. He said he didn’t see what I was seeing and offered to dissolve the nasolabial fold “a touch” Today the area is even lumpier and has now created a huge line where there was previously none.

The Voluma is gone, but you may have some scarring. Laser or chemical peels may help the discoloration. Careful steroid injections may help the lumps. Please go visit with a board certified plastic surgeon or dermatologist who does a lot of filler injections.

You did not post photos, so I cannot be specific. For overall improvement in volume, Sculptra works well. I was first approved to treat the hollow faces of patients with HIV.

Your one post is not in the best position to see your face and cheek bones well. Hair is covering part of your cheeks. However, what I see looks like a very pretty face that does not need larger cheeks.
