Liposuction + Mons Pubis Q&A

I had lipo on my mons pubis 6 months ago. The first few days the result looked great and I was looking forward to the end result. Fast forward 6 months and Im more swollen than before and still have a hard lump. Any help / recommendations appreciated.

Would the following 2 part treatment plan work? Liposuction on my mon pubis, hips and stomach (possibly get a bbl too). Then, in a few years, I would like to get a tummy tuck and pubic lift. Should I liposuction my mons pubis and hips before tummy tuck? I've always had a large mons and love handles, even when i was young and very thin. After two pregnancies it's become even larger and now saggy. I am extremely self-conscious and have trouble finding clothes to cover that area. I'm curious if I should get liposuction now, then get a tummy tuck in a few years when im mentally ready for major surgery and my kids will be older? I understand there will be more loose skin after lipo. I'm hoping with the large pubic mound gone, I would at least be able to wear clothes properly. I already have loose skin anyways. I am 30 y/o with a 25% BMI and have had 2 pregnancies. Please help! I am so unhappy with my current situation

I am currently researching liposuction for mons pubis area and was wondering if this would work or if a lift would also be required? The size of the area depends on my lymphoedema, some days its smaller than others

I've always had fat in the FUPA area. As a little kid I was always fat. I lost all the weight in my teens but have fluctuated over the years. In this picture Im at 199lbs but even when I was 180lbs I still had significant fat in this area. Am I a good candidate for this procedure? What procedure is the best option for this? Liposuction, radio frequency, laser lipo, anything else?

April last year, I had lipo of of abdomen and the the small mount above penis too. After 2 months the pubic hair in that area started thinning, after 4 months even more so. Going on 10 months now, my pubic hair is even more sparse. I assume the hair follicles were damaged, my Dr. expected the hair to grow back. but that hasn't happened. Should I expect to be spare down there for the rest of time, or do you think it'll eventually grow back?? I'd post picture but its a private area.

I lost a lot of weight but unfortunately am left with a fat and saggy pubic area despite being skinny everywhere else. I don't want a monsplasty because of the ugly scar. Would lipo for the fat and Renuvion J-Plasma for the skin tightening fix my issue? And about how much would this procedure cost?

I recently had a consultation with a plastic surgeon about liposuction of my abdominal area. He also explained that doing flanks and back would help too. He said he would do the stomach area as well for free but when given the consultation there was lipo for the mons pubis area as well. I have never had a problem with my mons pubis area. I feel like a lot of compression garments are mainly aimed for compression of the thighs or stomach post lipo. What do you recommend in order to get the best results?
