You haven’t really defined what you’re trying to achieve.

The indentation from scratch is your contraction of your C-section scar isn’t particularly significant.

If your only concern is how the scar appears then you should have a scar revision.

If you want your mons pubis to be flatter than you need Liposuction or Liposuction with a skin resection.

You are overweight to some degree so you could have liposuction of your entire torso if you want.

I suggest scheduling a few in person consultations at which time you can describe your concern and talk about various options.
