No compression garment is going to give you a good compression over your pubic area. The way these garments are designed they will have much more pressure on the hips.

It’s simply the nature of how the human body is shaped when wearing compression garments.

The good news is compression garments have no impact on the final results of Liposuction so it really doesn’t make that much difference. Just wear what your surgeon provides you.
