I had lipo on my mons pubis 6 months ago. The first few days the result looked great and I was looking forward to the end result. Fast forward 6 months and I’m more swollen than before and still have a hard lump. Any help / recommendations appreciated.

You may have a seroma that needs to be drained or removed. go back to your surgeon and ask for an ultrasound to see if fluid is present.

Fullness in the months pubis can be due to excess subcutaneous, fat, skin laxity, or a combination of both.
To differentiate if skin is contributing pull up on the skin above the area to see if it flattens further.
It’s hard to appreciate the change in contour from two dimensional pictures.
It does look flatter in your after picture.
For this part of the body, it’s really important to appreciate if there is any skin laxity, and to also recognize that there may be inherent limitations, and how flat the area can become.
Gravity will always pull the skin down and this can cause some bulging.
