Considering that you have relaively small amount of fat for liposuction and fat transfer, you could consider doing all of this together! I see no reason, from surgery stand point, that you should separate these procedures providing that your health is good. Hi, thank you for sharing your question. You can certainly do that. Liposuction as a stage 1 procedure will improve your shape and confidence. When you are ready you can do the tummy tuck.

Thanks for your question and uploading the photos. Based on the photos, you may be a candidate for a one stage procedure called a hidden scar tummy tuck with liposuction. This would allow for an ultra low hidden scar, removal of exess skin and lipocontouring of the mentioned areas. Thank you for your question and photos provided. Om considering that, 360 lipo bbl tummytuck and mons lipo lift should be done together for optimal result. I saw that I have the best results by this option. When do a seperate surgeries to this areas the prpblems comes together with the result. Hope this helps

You should always get the tummy tuck first to tighten the skin, then get the lipo to refine the contour. Doing it in reverse has several disadvantages that include:
1) You will create scar tissue from liposuction which makes the tummy tuck much harder and more complicated to do.
2) Will not allow you to fine tune your contour when you do the tummy tuck second, because you cannot lipo at the same time.
3) You cannot remove the fat maximally when you have loose skin, so you will get a mediocore liposuction if you do it before the tummy tuck.
Optimal plan is to do the tummy tuck first to tighten up your skin, then come around with lipo for the second round to refine and remove fat maximally and unveil natural shadows and muscle highlights.

Hello @Mgo337, thank you for your question. When addressing a single treatment plan that includes liposuction and tummy tuck, it is best to discuss both options with your surgeon. Liposuction of the mons pubis, hips, and stomach (the latter possibly including a BBL) can be done together with a tummy tuck, for me is the best approach. However, there are some important considerations to make. it is important to note that having liposuction alone without an abdominoplasty won't get rid of excess skin - this needs to be kept in mind when considering only liposuction as part of the initial treatment plan and the prognosis of that surgery, how it will evolve.
In consultation, your surgeon can tell you if liposuction can reduce excess fat in areas such as the mons pubis because liposuction does not solve sagging or loose skin. The operative approach needs careful consideration respecting your particular case. Bear in mind that while you may benefit from getting procedures done at separate times some surgeons might still recommend combining them into 1 surgical session due to potential aesthetic advantages. You could consider liposuction of your love handles now if you want a smaller treatment than tummy tuck at the present time, however I would not recommend liposuction of your mons or abdomen.
The love handles extend onto your back, and are a separate area than your abdomen.
You won't notice any result having liposuction to your mons or abdomen because the skin is too loose in these areas and so it is not worth paying for this or recovering from this. I recommend that if you want to address the mons and abdomen you have a tummy tuck and at that time the mons can be addressed with liposuction and tightening the skin when the abdominal skin is tightened.
You can also wait and have the love handle liposuction if and when you do a tummy tuck. That way you only have one recovery.

Can't tell if the mons looks prominent due to laxity of abdominal skin above mons, allowing the skin to descend and push mons out. If so, treatment is lifting the mons, not removing tissue there. In an in person consult your plastic surgeon would pull up the lower abdomen (simulating what a tummy tuck would do) and see if the mons is lifted and flattened out. That would indicate no liposuction now or at the time of a tummy tuck. If on the other hand some increased thickness and projection of the mons remained, then liposuction could flatten it. You can do this yourself and answer the question.
You can do the love handles at any time, before or with the tummy tuck.

Yes, this would work. Biggest advantage is repurposing your fat with the BBL in stage one and then you may only need a mini-tummy tuck at the second stage depending if the skin shrinks. The down-time will also be less for the first stage.

Very interesting question! If you are afraid of a tt, liposuction will help somewhat with the size, not necessarily with the sagging. Energy assisted liposuction can help tighten the skin but it still may not be enough. Don’t get name wrong… liposuction will help, it might even be good enough, but it will never fully correct the issues that bother you.

In order to fully correct a large sagging mons or sagging and excess fat of the lower abdominal area, a tummy tuck with mons lift is the best option! This way you can get it all done at once and spend less money. Plus adding lipo to the hips is not a big deal at all, so it is not that big of a procedure.
