I lost a lot of weight but unfortunately am left with a fat and saggy pubic area despite being skinny everywhere else. I don't want a monsplasty because of the ugly scar. Would lipo for the fat and Renuvion J-Plasma for the skin tightening fix my issue? And about how much would this procedure cost?

Answer: Monsplasty It is difficult to say without a photograph. Unfortunately skin tightening with Renuvion is limited on how much tightening can be done. If you have enough skin that the pubic area is very saggy, you will more likely need the extra skin and fat to be cut out and the mons to be resuspended into a more youthful and higher position.
