Would it be possible to get liposuction + Renuvion J-Plasma on the mons pubis as an alternative to a monsplasty?

You provide no photos, so we can't really answer your question with confidence based on principle. However, what you describe is likely to need INCHES of skin removed. All the 'skin tightening' modalities like Renuvion tighten skin in millimeters. In other words, regardless of the machine in question, it will not be a suitable alternative if skin needs to be removed. Don't waste your money, there are too many practitioners out there with bills to pay (those machines they bought) to say no to you.

It is difficult to say without a photograph. Unfortunately skin tightening with Renuvion is limited on how much tightening can be done. If you have enough skin that the pubic area is very saggy, you will more likely need the extra skin and fat to be cut out and the mons to be resuspended into a more youthful and higher position.
