2 months ago got kybella. My symptoms have gotten worse as the days go on. I cant see straight, my tongue is dry and sticking to the roof of my mouth, Im fatigued, loosing my balance , and at one point started hallucinating. I cant barely function. My thyroid gland throbs. Im very worried. Can kybella eat away at my thyroid!?
8 weeks ago got Kybella and Juvederm same day. 1 syringe of Juvederm in lower chin and 1 vial of Kybella in neck. Now 2 months later and 23 doctor visits later no one has an answer. My lymph nodes are now swollen, red rash that wont go away, skin peeling, dizzy, falling over, fever, vision problems. I've been to every dr speciality possible abc they get scared when I tell them Kybella because 99% of drs have no idea what it is or how to help me. my face has been swollen 3 times normal Size
I received kybella just over 7 weeks ago....most of the sensation has returned to my chin, but theres a small portion at the very front that still tingles...almost itches deep inside. To the point where I have to put pressure on it to relieve it. Theres also some slight redness and irritation in that spot and well. Not sure if this is common, especially over 7 weeks out. Does this mean its working still...or should I go to the doc? Thank u!!
I am a thin and healthy 36 yr old. I only had a very small amount of fat, so doctor recommended i do 3 vials and only 1 treatment. I am now 9 weeks after Kybella and there is a hard lump in my under chin area. It appears more swollen in the mornings and is a little sensitive when i press it. When I yawn for example, I can feel it. I also see it protrude when i lift my head all the way up. I am not back to baseline because of this. Is this normal and how long more will this lump take to resolve?
I first had Coolsculpting to treat submental fullness/under chin area, after which I had one vial of Kybella to treat a very small amount of uneven fat that remained. It's been 2 months since the Kybella treatment and I have about half inch of hard, puffy skin under my chin. The skin looks puffier than after the Coolsculpting had resolved. Can I massage or do anything to reduce this condition? Is it normal to have this result after 2 months since initial Kybella treatment?
Due to illness and life events and the business of my surgeon's office, I may have to go 11 weeks between my 1st and 2nd treatment - is this acceptable? The first treatment showed very little difference (using 2 vials) - which I know is typical (but also very expensive). Can I go 11 weeks and expect success, or should I just give up, or try to find another provider? Thanks for your help.
My 1st kybella treatment with 2 vials was 7 weeks ago. The reduction in swelling seems to have plateaued between weeks 3 and 7. Numbness is 95% gone. When I pinch the region, I think I'm feeling I slightly hardened mass. My amount of fat was on the mild side. Is this normal? I'm starting to fear that it will take several months to reach baseline without an improvement.
I had Kybella 7 weeks ago in Dubai, injected by a British dr at a flash clinic. He used one vial only (he said that was the most he ever injects), didn't use the markings I had seen online, and injected everything via two insertion points. Today I had a second treatment in Sydney and they said i needed two vials, used the markings, injected me though 25 insertion points, and suggested the British doctor might have done it completely wrong and didn't use kybella at all! Any explanations?
