I received kybella just over 7 weeks ago....most of the sensation has returned to my chin, but theres a small portion at the very front that still tingles...almost itches deep inside. To the point where I have to put pressure on it to relieve it. Theres also some slight redness and irritation in that spot and well. Not sure if this is common, especially over 7 weeks out. Does this mean its working still...or should I go to the doc? Thank u!!

Waiting longer than the recommended 6-8 weeks after your first treatment will not effect the results of your future treatments! Definitely wait for a time when you are okay with having some swelling with a risk of bruising!
From your pictures you would likely benefit from both. Kybella can be used to improve the submental (chin) fat that is bothersome, and then an HLA filler like Voluma or Restylane Lyft would benefit your jawline contouring. You should work with an experienced physician to get your optimal ...
I perform both treatments but liposuction is much preferred. With liposuction, In one treatment with little to no recovery you can achieve excellent results. Kylella is best for patients with mild submental fullness and for patients who have the patients to wait for 4-6 months for results.
