27F, no wrinkles. Wanted a Botox brow lift and doctor recommended 120 units of Jeuveau. Never had any type of botox before. Would I be more likely to have negattive side effects fom overinjection? (Such as drooping brow).
I've been getting Botox for 10 years, generally with good results. I'm curious about the other neurotoxins that are out there now, especially Jeuveau. I've heard it takes effect faster, lasts longer, & may be safer (less risk of migration). But I heard a famous plastic surgeon say that Jeuveau has been a disappointment, & while Daxxify is exciting, nothing to date has held much of a candle to Botox. Id love to hear more professional opinions & see if theres consensus
I read that you weren't supposed to mix jeuveau with other drugs. I had jeuveau done a couple days ago for my crows feet. I forgot that in June i had xeomin but in a different area when i got filler done. I had 1.5 cc of radiesse as well in june. Is this dangerous ? can it ruin my filler or counter it?
I hate my results from the Jeuveau treatment I received to forehead & brows on February 15th. It has been three months and I still look bad. Will I return to normalcy exactly at the 4th month mark or does Jeuveau unfortunately last longer than typical? First time I received any kind of neurotoxin . Thank you.
I understand both Botox and Jeuveau are similar in the result produced but are they different enough that it will work for me if Botox hasnt ? Botox, dysport and Xeomin no longer work for me. I am 52 years old, it is not from overuse and my facial plastic surgeon as well as two other board certified plastic surgeons confirmed this - I tried 3 different doctors over the past few years. Thanks.
At a first time Botox treatment in my late 40's I was given Jeuveau Newtox with no explanation. It's been a week since the injections and while my 11's look better, my crows feet have returned after looking better around day I have some pain around my left eye. What advice can you give me at this point? I am seeing another dermatologist tomorrow to explain the situation, but appreciate any advice offered here as well. Thank you!
