Hello there, thank you for your question. Most neuromodulators (Botox, Dysport, Jeuveau, Xeomin) have similar durations. Envision the duration of toxin as an arc as it will not lose its effectiveness all at once. On average you can expect the following: Days 1-14: toxin begins to take effect.Weeks 2-6: peak effectiveness, least amount of movement.Weeks 6-16: movement slowly begins returning to baseline. Most patients will have full return of movement, to baseline, anywhere between 4-6 months. But that can vary from patient to patient depending on individual metabolism and other factors.Consider booking a consultation with an experienced injector for more information and a more personalized approach. Best of luck to you.
Thank you for your question! We find that Jeauveau last as long as Botox or Dysport (about 3 months). For some patients, it starts to start working a little sooner that Botox but each patient is different. We wish you the best!
When compared to Botox, Jeuveau appears to work a day or two sooner. As far as duration goes, it lasts about the same as Botox and Dysport, 3-4 months. However, there is variability from patient to patient with all neurotoxins.
Hi,The FDA studies show Jeuveau/Newtox/Evolus has an earlier onset and last longer than Botox. Think in terms of 4 months. Good luck!! Dr. Joe
Jeuveau, like Botox, last an average of 4 months. Patients typically see full results 2 weeks after the injection. To maintain the results it is recommended to do the injections every 12-16 weeks.
Jeuveau is a neuromodulator which is similar to Botox. The product is considered to be in full effect after 2 weeks and the results will fade gradually, typically over 3 to 4 months. See an expert injector in your area to learn more.
Jeuveau is a neuromoduoator and the same molecular weight as Botox. In clinical studies it performed as well, or slightly better, than Botox.
Thanks for your question. I have been injecting Jeuveau for about a year and a half, since it came available in the market. I have not noticed any longer lasting effects compared to the other toxins, but I also think it does last just about the same amount of time as Botox and Xeomin. My patients sometimes switch around between toxins depending on specials and just a curiosity about other products, and almost all of them love Jeuveau. I personally have tried it and think it is a very good product that has a place on the table right up with the other neuromodulators.
Usually Neurotoxins last 3 to 4 months on average. My experience is it kicks in faster usually around 3 days and lasts as long as the original Botox.
Thank you for your question. When dosed properly Jeuveau should last for 3 to 4 months in most patients. There is a variability patient to patient so I would use this as a rough guideline. Jeuveau's duration of effect is very similar to that of Botox Cosmetic and Dysport.I hope this was helpful - Dr. Moore.
