Hello! The balance of the nose with the face is based on proportions and facial features. While it appears that your nose may be a little wide through the tip and perhaps over-projected (a bit tall for your features) it also appears that you have a weak chin, which will make your nose look stronger. You may benefit from rhinoplasty and/or chin augmentation. If interested, I would recommend consulting with an experienced facial plastic surgeon to look at before/after photos and have your photos morphed to show what surgery can do for you. Good luck!
Thank you for your question & photos. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder so it's best to address your aesthetic concerns rather than others. From your pics, it is difficult to assess your nose fully. You can certainly have a rhinoplasty to feminize your nose as well as a small chin Implant to bring your face in harmony. I recommend a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon in your area which would give you a lot of insight in your concerns.
Thank you very much for sharing your concerns with us.The harmony between facial parts makes us instinctively recognize the beauty... without knowing it, without defining it, just a perception that surprises and captivates us.In this regard, I suggest perform a Closed Rhinoplasty (without visible scars) to treat the tip, base and nasal bridge. With this procedure you get a delicate nose, better harmonize with your other facial features.Respectfully,Dr. Emmanuel Mallol Cotes.-
Your nose is fine, What you want done is completely up to you.Rhinoplasty which typically starts at $5,500 depending on the area you live. To make sure you get the best possible result, the surgeon should perform a detailed exam of the nose and provide a realistic goal that you and your surgeon agree upon. Rhinoplasty are permanent, but with age facial features do change. Find a surgeon and go for a consult. Maybe try and see if the Dr can do photo imaging to show you what he or she can achieve.
The attractiveness of one's nose depends on how one sese it. I suspect you ask because you may feel that your nose, while with reasonable proportions, may seem a little big for your small face. That is understandable based on the pictures. For your education you should have computer imaging done to show how your nose may be able to be reduced to better match your other facial features.
You are quite young, your face is soft and feminine and certainly is attractive. As you become older your face will fill and lengthen and change and in all odds will continue to be as attractive as you feel inside. Your nose can be different and computer simulations can help you see what might work out through rhinoplasty but the point is to please yourself fiest and others will follow.
Beauty is in the the EYE of the beholder. If there are certain issues regarding your nose that are bothering you, consider proceeding with a rhinoplasty procedure. Common issues that are usually addressed with a rhinoplasty procedure include narrowing the tip, shaving the dorsal hump down and reducing the hanging columella. For many examples of rhinoplasty, please see the video and the link below
You seem to have a complex. Attractiveness is more subjective, that is how you feel about yourself. However your nose's appearance and balance on your face can be made improved. You will need rhinoplasty to do that. A chin implant should also be considered for more balanced profile view.
Noone ever "needs" a rhinoplasty. It is an elective procedure and onlyyou can determine if your nasal features concern you enough to do somethingabout improving the cosmetic appearance of your nose and whether it wouldworthwhile.Following the advice from a surgeon on this or any other website who proposesto tell you exactly what to do based on limited 2 dimensional photos withoutexaminingyou, physically feeling thetissue, assessing your desired outcome, taking a full medical history, anddiscussing the pros and cons of the operative procedure would not be in yourbest interest. I would suggest you find a plastic surgeon with extensive nasalsurgery experience who is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgeryand ideally a member of the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery(ASAPS) or a facial plastic surgeon (ENT) that you trust and are comfortablewith. You should discuss your concerns with that surgeon in person.Additional informationabout the procedure will help you decide if it is a procedure that you want topursue.Robert Singer, MD FACSLa Jolla, California
Thank you for your question. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. If you cannot identify any thing you dislike about your nose I would consider it a blessing. From your pictures it is hard to assess your nose fully. A consultation with a plastic surgeon in your area would be helpful to properly characterize your nose. Best Wishes Theodore T. Nyame
NO!!I just had to respond. I appreciate your adventurous spirit and "can do" attitude. But it is a risky proposition. I have done rhinoplasty for 25 years and a SCUBA instructor for 40 years. So I am uniquely qualified to chime in. The last thing you want is any bumping of the bones...
Hello, and thanks for the question. One of the toughest things about nasal surgery is the complete blockage the patient experiences due to the packing. In fact, most complaints in the early post-op period relate to the packing, and not necessarily to pain. However, one thing that you should stop...
Thank you very much for enquire. It's too early to make value judgments with only 6 weeks after a rhinoplasty.Swelling after a rhinoplasty depends of the surgery complexity. In this regard, the nasal swelling Post-op It can last from two weeks to two months. To reduce this swelling, I recommend you...
