Can an endoscopic brow lift be reversed?

As long as not too much time elapses from the procedure it should be able to be reversed quite easily by releasing the attachments at the anchor points.   Once scarring between the bone and periosteum takes place throughout the forehead and scalp, reversal is more involved requiring reelevation of the scalp and forehad flaps. 

If your eyebrows are higher than you wish them to be after an endoscopic brow lift, you have some options to lower them. 1. Botox in the forehead (frontalis muscle) may lower the eyebrows for several months with each treatment.2. Surgery can be performed to reposition the upper part of the forehead, which may help with the eyebrows, but this depends on the extent of your original surgery and if the brow depressor muscles were stripped away.  I would certainly want to know when your brow lift was performed- I would not suggest a revision until at least  6 months to a 1 year has passed from the original surgery.I don't know that there is an accepted percentage of these procedures that are successful.  50% is probably a guess.Good luck!

 And endoscopic brow lift can often be reversed if there is enough laxity remaining in the scalp. This is an advanced technique and you should see a brow lift revision expert in your area. 

The reversal of the endoforehead lift is possible since no skin is removed. The main issue is the fixation of the brow in lower position and that can be done with endothine clips.

Fortunately no tissue(scalp) is removed with the endoscopic technique, therefore, the forehead can be released and repositioned.Depending on  how long ago the procedure was done, your age, genetics, sun damage, smoking etc your upper eyelid tissue may be a bit "stretched"----and may require non-invasive tightening.Hope this helps

It is possible to reverse an endo browlift with closed or open approaches. So much depends on your findings and what you want changed.
