How to achieve a smoother hairline/ remove cowlick? (photos)

I've done tons of research online, yet nothing seems to address the concern I have. My hairline/ forehead is not very smooth, I cannot do a middle part or any part because my hairline & baby hairs tend to get in the way. Also, my hairline is very box-like and I have a cowlick. I do get my hairline threaded, but it still is not even. I am trying to achieve a smoother hairline (like Selena Gomez/ Kim Kardashian) and a rounder forehead. Is there a procedure that might work?
