It is unlikely that anything further can be done after several years. Of course it would be instructive to read the operative report to see if muscles were just cut or actually removed. But in either case, I can't think of anything that would restore movement to your upper forehead.

It is difficult to answer this question without having seen and examined you. But a muscle repair after several years of surgery is very unlikely to work, since the muscle fibers retracted.
