It looks like your nipples are projecting in the photos so I would say you have mild retraction at most. Without examining you it is difficult to be certain. The only way to know for sure is to book a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon near you to be examined and  see what your treatment options are. Best of luck! 

You have a very mild form of nipple inversion.  This can be fixed, usually with a relatively straightforward office procedure.

You do not have true inverted nipples, since both of your nipples project beyond the plane of your areolae (the pigmented skin surrounding your nipples).  However, you do demonstrate central nipple inversion or umbilication, which is a normal variant.  If this is a minor concern, I would leave them alone.  If this is a major concern, consideration may be given to elliptical (eye-shaped) removal of the central umbilication.  On the upside, this will likely remove the central umbilication.  On the downside, it will mildly reduce your overall nipple projection and may interfere with future breastfeeding.  It is very unlikely to interfere with nipple sensation.
