My skin has not retracted post MBR and I feel burning sensation on my right chest, what could be the cause? (Photos)

I had male breast reduction 3 years ago, where the gland was removed on both sides along with liposuction, I some times have burniing like sensation on my right side of the chest, I don't know if I have accumulated seroma over the years or I have Laxed skin, please recommend a treatment. I also workout consistently and have a healthy diet, I have also kept my with consistent even prior to my surgery 3 years ago. Thank you

There are many reasons to have puffiness of the chest/nipple and pain after gynecomastia surgery. It is possible to have a neuroma, organized seroma, persistent fat necrosis, and scarring. A plastic surgeon can perform a physical exam and determine what is best for you. This may involve redo gynecomastia surgery to break up the scarring. 30% of my gynecomastia practice is redo surgery and unfortunately I see many patients who still have persistent gland after the surgery was done else wear.
