I had male breast reduction 3 years ago, where the gland was removed on both sides along with liposuction, I some times have burniing like sensation on my right side of the chest, I don't know if I have accumulated seroma over the years or I have Laxed skin, please recommend a treatment. I also workout consistently and have a healthy diet, I have also kept my with consistent even prior to my surgery 3 years ago. Thank you

Thank you for including photos. It is unlikely that you will see further changes after 6 months. If the extra fullness on the right side bothers you, talk to your surgeon about possibly removing more fat from that side. Best wishes!
