I had my gynecomastia surgery 8 weeks ago and it was just liposuction (vaser liposuction). I use compression bandages for 2 weeks and now my chest is like boobs. I don't know something went wrong or still there is some hope of improving. Doctor show me picture of just after surgery and according to me the chest looking flat but after i opened my compression it was bulging out and still it is.Please tell is there any hope that it will flatten on own or do i need revision surgery?
