I am a male 33 years old with BMI of 27%. Gynecomastia or not? (photos)

Thank you for your pictures and questions. Unfortunately, gyncomastia cannot be determined with only a photo. A physical exam would be needed to determine the amount of adipose tissue vs glandular breast tissue in the area. Based on your pictures and not a thorough physical examination, I think you have fat in your chest. I do not believe you have true male gland tissue or gynecomastia. The treatment for your fatty chest is highly successful with VASER hi-def liposuction. With VASER hi-def, stubborn fat from the breast is removed, and the underlying pec muscles are exposed. Before you make any decisions regarding VASER hi-def liposuction for the treatment of gynecomastia, I would suggest you seek consultation with an expert. viper1985.  I appreciate your concern, however from your photographs, it appears that you have well developed chest muscles and possibly mild gynecomastia. This can be determined by physical examination and treatment with liposuction alone is probably all you would need. Consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon in your area for a full evaluation. Thank you for your photos and question. You appear to have gynecomastia, but an in person exam is best for proper evaluation and treatment options. The combination of surgical excision to remove the glandular tissue and liposuction will help flatten the chest area.
Seek a board certified plastic surgeon who performs many of these procedures, has great reviews and photos, and is an expert in this field

Gynecomastia is diagnosed through inspection and palpation of the chest.  The pictures do appear to be gynecomastia from visualization but would require palpation by a plastic surgeon to confirm the diagnosis.

It looks like a Gynecomastia and I would suggest addressing the breast gland and surrounding unwanted most likely breast tissue. 
It is a very successful operation provided you go to a board certified plastic surgeon and ask to see many of his before and after phoyos of similar breasts.

Almost all surgery for gynecomastia are for cosmetic reasons. You look perfectly normal so i would not suggest any surgery. david berman md

It is not possible to determine the nature of gynecomastia vs. chest fat (lipomastia) in your specific situation without an examination . The photos do not exhibit any significant amount of breast overdevelopment. Your breasts appear symmetric and slightly uniformly full. Your BMI of 27 indicates that you are overweight. 
However, hormonal abnormalities, liver, thyroid, and kidney disease or small testicular tumors may not be clinically apparent. 
If concerned, it may be best to see your primary care physician to ease your mind.
If you wish to change your chest configuration, seek the advice of a board certified plastic surgeon.
