2+ weeks post op gyno, no results! Have done everything surgeon asked. Advice? (photos)

Hi, I am currently 16 days post op, for Lipo and gland removal. I had mild gyno. I had bruising and pain for a few days. I am still wearing my garment ( was told 2 weeks , but still wearing it only overnight because results are not showing ) I’m nervous as my results are not showing , not at all, to me looks exactly the same pre-op , 16 Days post op. I don’t know if it’s swelling, all bruising seems to be gone and I have like a hard line or lump under my breast also Please help with info
