Thank you for your question. You may benefit from an upper blepharoplasty, also known as an upper eye lift. This surgical procedure may reduce drooping, hooding, and skin laxity in this area to produce a more refreshed appearance while also reducing wrinkles around the eyes. It's possible that treatment with Botox Cosmetic would be suggested alongside surgery to maximize your results. I recommend that you schedule an in-person consultation with an experienced, board-certified facial plastic surgeon who can assess your needs and help you decide the best course of action in addressing your concerns.
I see why you might be interested in botox as a way to address additional tissue of the upper eye, but unfortunately the way this injected medication works is to decrease nerve and muscle function for wrinkles moreso than to eliminate extra tissue. If you are interested in removing excess skin, then an upper lip blepharoplasty is really what you probably want to receive a consult for.

Botox can help raise the tails of your eyebrows and correct the wrinkles that you are showing. An expertise and understanding of the facial functional anatomy is necessary to get a good result.
Thank you for sharing your question and photograph. If these wrinkles form when you are smiling, careful administration of Botox will provide improvement.
In general using Botox to elevate the eyebrows in order to pull up the skin on the upper eyelids is a poor choice of treatment. Sometimes it has the reverse effect and often creates increased wrinkles in the forehead. Occasionally thread lifting is successful, but the treatment of choice is upper blepharoplasty. See an experienced oculoplastic surgeon for detailed evaluation and proper guidance. Good luck!
To address your concerns, Botox can be used to help elevate the brow conservatively. This would make the upper lids appear less heavy. To directly correct your concern you can consider an upper blepharoplasty which would remove excess skin from the upper lids. See a board certified plastic surgeon near you to learn more.
While Botox for laugh lines at the corners of your eyes (crows feet too) works well, It appears that your issue is excess skin laterally. Botox may not alleviate the fold with smiling. You may of course have a trial injection and wait two weeks to wee if it helps. If not, you require surgery.Best wishes.Dr. Taranow
Using Botox properly may elevate the outer portion of the eyebrow. The rest of the eyebrow will continue to hang with you having the same amount of extra eyelid skin. The excess eyelid skin tends to be a genetic condition and if it bothers you you can have it improved by means of blepharoplasty. Blepharoplasty is a simple procedure which produces excellent results in experienced hands. I hope this helps and good luck from New York City plastic surgery
Thank you for your question. In my opinion, I do not see any problems with receiving Botox injections to your forehead followed by a forearm tattoo the next day; however, I would recommend speaking with your injector about any concerns you may have.
Hello, and thank you for your question. As a neuromodulator, Botox works by relaxing muscles to smooth out lines and wrinkles. While injecting it in the brow area can create a subtle lift, Botox does not have the ability to pull or stretch the skin to mimic the results that a facelift can...
From looking at your photos it seems like the Botox was definitely placed incorrectly. Botox can last up to 6 months even though every person is different. Massaging the chin area sometimes can help with making the Botox wear of faster.
