I had lower blepharoplasty with fat grafting with Dr. Lao, and at the same time I also did Ultherapy and Thermage. It has been a little under two months since the procedure, and I can already see a very noticeable difference. My face looks much tighter overall, and my eyes look brighter and more awake. In photos now, the under eye bags and the hollows that used to bother me so much are basically gone. What I appreciate the most is that everything still looks completely natural. My face moves normally and nothing looks stiff or overdone. Before this, I had tried filler to improve the under-eye hollows, but it left a very obvious “puffy strip” under my eyes. After the surgery, that area now looks smooth and natural. Another unexpected change is that my face actually looks slimmer, and my jawline is much more defined.
