Thank you for your question and for sharing your photos. Based on your images, it looks like you have excess skin and fat in both the abdomen and chest areas, and there are effective procedures to address both concerns.

For your abdomen, a tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) is the best course of action. A tummy tuck will remove excess skin and fat, reposition the belly button, tighten the abdominal muscles (rectus muscle plication), and elevate and reduce the pubic area. This will provide a flatter, more contoured midsection.

In regards to your chest, it appears that you have excess skin and fat in the male breast area, which is sometimes referred to as gynecomastia. Liposuction alone would not be sufficient for you, as it would leave you with excess skin that would sag. Therefore, skin excision is necessary. The best approach involves an incision placed beneath the breast, where the chest meets the abdomen. Through this incision, the excess skin and fat can be removed, flattening the chest. Additionally, the nipple-areolar complex can be reduced in size and repositioned during the same surgery for a more natural, masculine appearance.

Both procedures—tummy tuck and male breast reduction—can be performed at the same time. You'll need about two weeks of recovery, with drains typically staying in place for 7 to 10 days based on your healing progress. A compression garment will be required for around 6 to 8 weeks to support healing and ensure the best possible results.

based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a TT. Full tummy tuck should tighten your abdominal muscles and remove the excess skin. Flanks liposuction would give you a better shape. From the submitted photos, internal/visceral fat is contributing the contour of the abdomen.  This cannot be addressed by a tummy tuck or liposuction but is improved through weight loss.  A tummy tuck to remove excess skin, subcutaneous fat, and repair of abdominal wall laxity will improve the abdominal contour. Your best course of action is always going to be an in-person consultation to get all the details.   I would definitely recommend a Full Tummy Tuck to correct the roll of excess skin as well as to tighten your muscles which will flatten your abdomen.   As far as your breast area and roll on your back, I would do an upper body lift.    This would include a scar from back to front of your arm pit then extending down along the edge of your pectoralis muscle.   This would lift your breast back up to where it belongs as well as tighten the skin of your underarm and back.
