i have Enlarged male breasts, for a very long time now. And it's very embarrassing and I get very stressed out and depressed every single day, sometimes I cannot sleep, and keep thinking I wish I was normal like other men. I can't enjoy life with out being made fun of. I'm embarrassed to have a relationship. Also I've noticed that over time it seems like it making my breathing a bit more rougher. Also getting back pains, shoulder pains.

Answer: How do I get rid of my embarrassing man boobs? I'm sorry to hear about the concerns you have regarding your chest wall. Accurate diagnosis would necessitate physical examination. It IS important to differentiate as uncomfortable as gynecomastia ( excess breast tissue) from lipomastia ( otherwise known as pseudo-gynecomastia or excess adipose tissue of chest wall). Treatment will differ depending on diagnosis. Generally speaking, liposuction surgery alone is useful to treat lipomastia (an enlarged chest secondary to adipose tissue); rarely does it suffices as the only modality of treatment when it comes to treating true gynecomastia. Most patients with gynecomastia benefit from direct excision of glandular tissue plus/minus peripheral liposuction surgery. My best suggestion: get to where you want to be through healthy diet/exercise, if you are not already there. Then, if you remain concerned about the appearance of the chest wall, seek consultation with board-certified plastic surgeons who can demonstrate significant experience achieving the types of outcomes you will be pleased with. Best wishes.

Answer: Man boobs You have gynecomastia which is quite common. Fortunately, the solution is safe and effective. Surgery can be performed to remove the breast tissue and fat and give you a flat chest. The most effective surgery for this particular case would involve aggressive liposuction with direct glandular excision. Do see someone with experience with this procedure as results will vary from doctor to doctor. Breathing issues and back pain can be any number of things and must be checked out by your primary care doctor before pursuing surgery.

Answer: Gynecomastia You can get rid of your "man boobs" or gynecomastia through surgery. Whenever possible, I attempt to avoid skin excision due to scarring associated with this type of procedure. If the surgery leaves extensive scars, and the patient is very self-conscious about them, then the patient has merely traded one reason to never take off his shirt (‘man boobs’) for another (scars that show he had surgery for his ‘man boobs’). For that reason, I have treated a large number of patients by means of a staged surgical approach. In the first procedure, breast tissue is removed by ultrasonic liposuction with or without direct tissue removal – but only up to the point where a deflated or ‘saggier’ breast appearance is not produced. Several months are allowed to pass so that the final liposuction result can be evaluated. During this time, the skin tends to retract

Answer: Gynecomastia Hello and thank you for your inquiry!Congratulations on your decision to undergo cosmetic surgery in order to achieve the aesthetic and physical result you are looking for as a man. As advised by previous surgeons on this thread, the best procedure for you is a male breast reduction, most commonly known as a gynecomastia surgery. The surgical procedure is done by removing excess breast tissue through an incision, usually done around the nipple area. Extra skin and breast tissue is removed, leaving you with a masculine looking chest.Vaser or traditional liposuction can also be done in the chest area to remove breast tissue. Each procedure leaves you with smoother skin and removes your breasts. One of the main improvements that men report is their newfound confidence. Men who undergo male breast reduction surgery improve their quality of life and are no longer ashamed of their upper bodies. For those who once shied away from taking their shirts off, they are now confident and have no issues with being shirtless on the beach or in an intimate setting with their spouse/partner.Besides improving your self-esteem, this surgery can reduce your chances of getting breast cancer, which men are not exempt from, and may help reduce the back and shoulder pain you are experiencing. Best of Luck to you !
