The cost of gynecomastia surgery is going to vary from surgeon to surgeon and region to region. My best advice would be for you to schedule a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon to be assessed and determine whether or not you could be treated with liposuction alone or if you would also need gland excision. Thank you for submitting your question. It appears that you have a small amount of gynecomastia and possibly some thick ducts behind the nipple. Please be aware of this is very difficult to define without a consultation and a complete exam. As to whether or not it would be worth it for you, it is important that you decided exactly how much this condition bothers you.
