Im 22 years old, 155 pounds at 5feet10. I have puffy nipples but i dont have man boobs. My upper chest is lean but near the nipple i seem to have a little bit of fat/water.. When i eat alot of sodium my nipple tend to get worst. I was wondering if my gyno was severe, if it would cost me alot to treat it, if i could benefit from getting the surgery done and what surgery should i go for based on my gyno ( photos below ) Thanks alot and sorry for my bad english!

The cost of gynecomastia surgery is going to vary from surgeon to surgeon and region to region. My best advice would be for you to schedule a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon to be assessed and determine whether or not you could be treated with liposuction alone or if you would also need gland excision. Please be aware of this is very difficult to define without a consultation and a complete exam. As to whether or not it would be worth it for you, it is important that you decided exactly how much this condition bothers you.
