Unfortunately, no pills will make gynecomastia go away.  Your more effective and safer method to flatten your chest is through surgery from a board certified plastic surgeon.

Thank you for sharing your question and photographs.  The best treatment for a permanent correction would be through surgery to directly remove the glandular tissue.  You will need to be evaluated for your candidacy of surgery but I think you can obtain a very nice improvement in contour and symmetry.  Hope this helps.

I wish that there was a pill that could treat gynecomastia, but, alas, there is not. Your only option is surgery. Consult with a board certified plastic surgeon to assess the risks and decide whether or not it is worth it for you. Best of luck.

Unfortunately, if your gynecomastia is caused by glandular tissues and not just fat, the only option you have to decrease your breast size is to undergo gynecomastia surgery or male breast reduction.
As far as I know, your previous tuberculosis does not make you a bad candidate for surgery. The best thing to do is to go to a reputable and board-certified plastic surgeon for a physical evaluation so that he can recommend personalized solutions to you. Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, long standing gynecomastia tends not to respond well to medical therapy alone. A surgical approach incorporating both liposuction and gland excision is typically required to address all the issues contributing to gynecomastia. At our center, we approach gynecomastia through a small incision located off the chest in the axillary area. This avoids distortion of the areola which is most common when an areolar incision is used. Liposuctioin and direct excision of the gland is typically necessary to flatten the male chest. Consult with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon in your area for all of your options. 1. Nolvadex is tamoxifen and antioestrogen , which is prescribed for young boys with painful gynaecomastia. During puberty , when enlargement is fresh and temporary , it may work . But at 30 the chances of it working are low . After stopping medication there are chances to it coming back also. You may not be satisfied with little reduction -you need complete reduction . If you still want to take pills -you should take it only on  endocrinoplogist 's advise, because it can be unsafe.
2. Surgery is safe -under local or general anaesthesia. It gives complete and permanent result with a simple procedure. Even if you have had TB thats no problem for general anaesthesia. But of course , if you want local anaesthesia-that can be done as well.
