Scar/keloid after gynomastia making nipple point down.

Question

Very happy with my gynomastia surgery except keloids under both nipples are pulling my nipples so they point down, one side more than the other. Can this be fixed and my nipple's flattened out?

This is a question you really need to address with your surgeon. Also it is impossible to comment much without photos. Often, what patients think are keloids - aren't.

Thank you for your questions. This is a very common issue after gynecomastia surgery performed through an areolar incision.
