Thank you for your question! Without photos it is hard to see what your are talking about. Also, there is no time frame given since the procedure took place. There is usually immediate swelling that can take some time for things to settle. I recommend that you go back to your surgeon for these questions. ope this helps!
Dear nomoreelectivesurgery,I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.Daniel Barrett, MDCertified, American Board of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery
A labia pulled up too high and tight is a risk of the tummy tuck. If you are early in the healing process, you have swelling and as it goes down your skin may settle back down to normal. If you are healed, then I would suggest trying to lose some weight to relax your tight abdominal skin.
I encourage you to discuss your concerns with your surgeon. Depending on how long ago your surgery was you may notice improvement as swelling resolves and the tissues relax. Your surgeon should be able to advise you of what you can expect and possible options for you.

An in person evaluation is always best but from your photos it appears you would have the best outcome from a standard tummy tuck. This would address the belly button concerns as well as remove excess fat and skin and correct abdominal wall laxity.
