Over or under the muscle - Which implant placement would help me achieve a round shape with upper pole fullness? (photos)

I am a 22yo female, 5’3, 140 lbs. I’m scheduled for a breast augmentation 12/10. Due to my pseudoptosis my doctor is recommending placement of the implants over the muscle, to avoid double bubble. However, my gut is telling me to go under the muscle. I am trying to achieve a round breast with good upper pole fullness. I know all cases are different but almost all OTM before and afters I’ve seen have a more natural look, and the implant sits lower. So which placement would you recommend? Thanks
