I hope you are all doing amazing. :) 11 months ago I've had my surgery. I had 345cc Natrelle INSPIRA Smooth Round Gel Breast Implants above the muscle. I have noticed that one breast is positioned higher than the other (nipple placement is not symmetrical). The left nipple looks low in comparison to the right. Questions: - is it possible one hasn't dropped? - how can I resolve this? - if I need to operate again with the same surgeon would he charge me? Could I also go bigger in this case?

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

At eleven months post op you are seeing your final results.  It is doubtful that the implant position will correct on its own.  I encourage you to return to your surgeon for an evaluation and to discuss options for correction.  The fees associated with a revision would have to be decided between you and your surgeon.

You could have some external ultrasound treatments and try Accolate to see if you can improve the higher side. If this bothers you, please discuss this with your surgeon.
