I feel that my nose is set slightly too high on my face and I want to increase the length vertically by 1-2 millimeters down towards my lips. I do NOT want my lip line moved up at all or the space between the bottom of my nose and my lip line decreased by moving the lips upward. I have not been able to find much on surgery’s that are able to correct high set noses. In the attached pics there is a line below my nose where I wish the bottom to reach. Are there any known ways of fixing my issue?
